I- PARTIES TO THE CONTRACT

II- SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT


With this agreement, the Consumer undertakes to fulfill the conditions determined within the framework of the Ticket Guide package tour program and the Consumer undertakes to pay the fee.


III-GENERAL PROVISIONS


1. Ticket Guide provides the total price of the package tour, including taxes, the prepayment amount and the latest date on which the remaining amount will be paid, the start and end date of the journey within the scope of the package tour service, departure times and their departure places, and the type, place and qualifications of the accommodation, including the accommodation dates. and class, information about accommodation places, meal plan, route information to be followed during the journey and means of transportation, age and health conditions according to the characteristics of the package tour, if a minimum number of participants is envisaged for the organization of the package tour, this number and if this number cannot be reached, the participant The deadline for notifying the cancellation of the package tour, insurance information required to be issued in accordance with the Travel Agencies and Association of Travel Agents Law No. 1618 dated 14/9/1972, information about the guidance service and whether it is included in the fee, and the contact information of the tour representative are included in detail in the brochure. . However, Ticket Guide has the right to change it by notifying the Consumer, provided that it adheres to the standards specified in the program. 2. The consumer is obliged to immediately notify Ticket Guide of any deficiencies that occur during the execution of the contract. It is a requirement of the well-intentioned Consumer's duty of care to notify the authorized person of the issues about which the Consumer is complaining in writing during the performance of the service. Upon written notification, Ticket Guide has the right to correct the deficiency or offer an equivalent alternative within the same accommodation facility without requiring additional costs. If this deficiency is not corrected or an equivalent alternative is not offered within the same accommodation facility that does not require additional costs, the Consumer has the right to request a discount from the contract price. However, if the Consumer does not immediately notify, it is accepted that he/she will not request a discount on the contract price. In particular, if the Consumer abandons the tour he has started on the grounds that these are not fulfilled, betting that the service is defective, he is obliged to immediately notify the Ticket Guide authorities in writing. If the Consumer leaves the tour without notice, he is deemed to have abandoned the tour for personal reasons, not due to defective service, and is deemed to have received and used the service.In addition, due to the type of tours organized by Ticket Guide, the places visited within the scope of the tour program subject to the package tour contract are plateaus and the places stayed for accommodation purposes are also plateau houses/chalets, and upon the acceptance and signing of the contract by the Consumer, the possibility of there being no other alternative in the vicinity is taken into consideration by the Consumer. It is accepted by the parties that the Consumer participates in the tour prepared for the situations where it is stated in the brochure that some accommodation places have shared showers and toilets.


3. It is clearly stated in both the contract and the brochure regarding the content of the package tour program that airplane/bus and other transportation services to be used by the Consumer to participate in the tour or after the end of the tour are not included in the fee, and Ticket Guide does not provide any information regarding any problems that may arise regarding these means of transportation. It is accepted by the parties that there is no liability. Namely, choosing the type of aircraft/bus and other transportation that Consumers will use to arrive at the departure time and departure point determined on the starting date of the tour within the scope of the package tour contract, and the type of aircraft/bus and other transportation they will use at the departure point and departure time determined on the end date, and Covering the expenses is not within the scope of the package tour program and is entirely the responsibility of the Consumers. Specifically, you will arrive by bus Accidents, delays, cancellations and other situations that may occur during the transportation of Consumers, accidents, delays, flight cancellations that may occur during the transportation of Consumers who will arrive or depart by plane, loss and damage to the luggage of the airline company offered to the Consumer. In this case, the rules of the relevant airline company are valid, and therefore Ticket Guide has no liability for compensation, material or moral (including the refund of the package tour price), for any damage that may occur to the Consumer.


4. Consumer(s) who do not have a signature on the contract but participate in the package tour program subject to the contract are deemed to have accepted and undertaken the provisions of the contract when the Consumer they have assigned to register on their behalf signs this contract. Consumers participating in the package tour program have learned about the terms of this contract, which will be valid between the parties, even if they have not signed it, through the Ticket Guide brochure, Ticket Guide website and advertisements, and have agreed to participate in the package tour program under the terms of this contract. For this reason, the Consumer does not have the right to cancel the package tour contract due to reasons such as not knowing or not knowing the content of the tour. The Consumer who registers a package tour for more than one person is jointly responsible with the Consumer for whom he/she is registered as a party to the contract and must fulfill all obligations arising from the contract.


5. In cases of disruption or accident, the consumer will first demand and collect his material and moral claims from the main perpetrators, and if he has legal liability in cases where he cannot fully receive his receivables from the main perpetrator, he will be able to apply to the Travel Agency in accordance with travel insurance.


6. On the day of arrival at the hotel, rooms are not delivered to Consumers before 14:00. On the day of departure from the hotel, Consumers must vacate their rooms by 10:00 at the latest. Extra bed standard may differ in triple rooms.


7. The consumer is responsible for the accuracy of the names declared in the contract (as written in the ID / passport).


IV- INSURANCE SCOPE


1. Consumers who have purchased a package tour from Ticket Guide, with SOMPO Insurance's "Domestic Compulsory Travel Insurance Policy" issued in accordance with the Travel Agencies Law No. 1618, are entitled to the participation of the participant due to the bankruptcy of the travel agency specified in the policy and the existence of the conditions of failure to fulfill the commitment and certain certain reasons specified in the policy. The existence of tour cancellation conditions is covered, limited to the policy limit. Again, in case the Consumer suddenly falls ill and/or is injured as a result of any accident during the package tour program he/she participated within the borders of the Republic of Turkey during the insurance period, the necessary expenses for his medical treatment and his return to his residence or transportation to the nearest medical center by land ambulance will be covered. The death of the insured during the tour is covered, limited to the policy limit.


2. Expansion of the insurance policy scope and limits, which includes services related to other special conditions and exceptions, including tour cancellations due to the fault of the participant who is not included in the scope of the Domestic Compulsory Travel Insurance Policy, may also be requested by the Consumer in writing from the Ticket Guide following the establishment of the contract between the parties. The details of the policy coverage with extended scope and limits are clearly determined by the policy of the insurance company offering this service and are submitted to the Consumer for approval by Ticket Guide upon request. If the consumer clearly states in writing that he/she accepts the policy with its expanded scope and limits, provided that the additional fee is paid, Ticket Guide will instruct the insurance policy to be issued with its expanded scope and limits.


ABOUT THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA


1. Ticket Guide will not unlawfully process any personal data it learns, accesses or obtains in any way during the performance of this contract or in connection with the execution of this contract, will take all necessary measures to prevent its processing, and will not unlawfully access any personal data. It will take all kinds of measures to prevent access and/or access and will show utmost care to preserve personal data.


2. Ticket Guide is obliged to ensure the confidentiality of the information it learns during the performance of the contract, to take every precaution in this regard, to act in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, to prevent the use of this information by unauthorized persons and to take and maintain all precautions to protect it from any abuse.


3. Ticket Guide will protect personal data indefinitely, as stated in this article, from the date of disclosure of personal data, even if this agreement has ended, otherwise it will destroy and/or anonymize it.


CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT AND TERMINATION CONDITIONS


1. Ticket Guide reserves the right to cancel the contractual terms at any time.


2. The Consumer has the right to terminate the contract by notifying Ticket Guide in writing or via e-mail. In notifications of termination of this contract to be made at least 30 days before the start of the package tour; The price paid is refunded to the Consumer without any other deduction, excluding the mandatory taxes, duties, fees, insurance premium payments, fees paid to third parties that cannot be recovered and expenses arising from legal obligations.
