Vialand Theme Park Rules

1. With Vialand Theme Park daily entrance tickets, you can benefit from all rides in the park throughout the day. Fairground games, Dryers, Souvenirs, Catering and Photo Services are not included in the ticket price and subject to separate fees.

2. The operation of the amusement rides in Vialand Theme Park may be affected by weather conditions and maintenance works. During the day, you can get information from the Theme Park staff about our rides in Vialand Theme Park that are closed due to technical maintenance.

3. Vialand Theme Park tickets cannot be refunded or canceled.

4. It is forbidden to bring food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages into the Vialand Theme Park area.

5. It is forbidden to bring flammable substances, weapons, sharp and explosive objects to Vialand Theme Park.

6. It is forbidden to bring pets to Vialand Theme Park.

7. It is forbidden to bring objects such as frisbees, balls and similar objects that may pose a danger to guests and/or an obstacle to attendants, as well as scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller skates and similar equipment that may affect pedestrian traffic.

8. The penal action for violations in areas where smoking is prohibited is specified in accordance with the Law No. 4207 and Relevant Laws.

9. Vialand Theme Park Management or other person(s) authorized by the management has the right to prevent the entry of guests to the park and/or remove them from the park due to theft, aggressive behavior, violation of all park rules, queue-jumps, and in case the peace and security in Vialand Theme Park is jeopardized as a result of non-compliance with specified security rules.

10. All photographs, video and audio recordings taken by you are for your private use only. It is strictly prohibited to use, reproduce or produce them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. For security reasons, our park is surveilled by a camera system.

12. Amusement rides always involve a certain amount of risk. By your participation, you accept the inherent risks that a person with common sense should be aware of. When using the amusement rides, you should consider this a decision-making exercise and behave properly. You must comply with the written warnings and restrictions in the rides and the verbal warnings of the staff.

13. Companions are responsible for persons they keep company and guests under the age of 15 are now allowed to enter the park alone. Companions of a guest under 15 years of age cannot be under 18 (eighteen) years of age.

14. Children under 1 year of age may not ride any amusement rides in the amusement area, except for the train.

15. For your safety and comfort, all rides have limitations such as health status, weight, height, age, and the need for a companion.

16. Guests must be in good health and free from any potential medical conditions. Seek medical advice if you are experiencing uncertainty, mental, physical or chronic health problems. For our disabled guests, please refer to our Disability Policy on our website or get information from the call center via 0850 210 85 63.

17. Guests must not suffer from heart diseases, back, neck/nape discomfort, stitches not removed, and high blood pressure.

18. Additionally, special restrictions are indicated on the rule signs and are checked by the attendants. Please observe and comply with these restrictions.

19. It is recommended to wear shoes suitable for the Theme Park.

20. Tickets must be original, have the date of issue on them and be submitted before such date. Attendants may request IDs and matching signatures, when necessary. Keep your ticket/invoice with you until the end of your visit. Legal action will be taken against counterfeit tickets or fraudulent use.

21. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Storage lockers are available for a fee.

22. As a safety precaution, the use of selfie sticks is prohibited in the Vialand Park rides in case the selfie sticks are dropped and may cause harm to the guests in the vicinity.

23. Sold tickets cannot be transferred to another person or resold.

24. Tickets gifted in social media offerings and event and fair organizations cannot be sold to another person for money or offered for sale via social media channels and online. Such tickets are canceled.
